Hi, I’m Coach Chung!
I am a NSCA certified strength & conditioning coach, speed & agility coach, Kinesiologist and have my Masters in Physiotherapy.
I played collegiate level Basketball in the BUCS League for the University of Brighton Panthers. I understand the different demands physically, psychologically and mentally required to perform at a high level of sport.
My experience includes training and rehabilitating elite soccer players at Brighton and Hove Albion's Premier League Academy training facility in England. In addition, I previously lead the planning and implementation of strength & conditioning programs for the men's rugby team at the University of Brighton.
Individualized athlete assessments identify areas that could be targeted through training, to elevate sport performance.

What Will Coach Chung do?
Coach Chung will help your improve athletic development and minimize injury by utilizing research and an evidence-based approach for strength & conditioning programs. He taps into an athlete's performance in their sport, to maximize their potential.
Coach Chung offers weekly strength and conditioning sessions to reduce injury and enhance athletic performance for soccer, rugby, basketball, and other sports.
All athletes will be assessed for vertical jump, sprint speed, and other key performance indicators to identify what areas could be enhanced through training. Tailored programs will be assigned and adjusted to each athlete's needs.
He is a firm believer that team culture plays a large role in both enjoyment and performance in sports. So there will be a group discount available so everyone can experience pro athlete training today!
